Introduction: This study aims to analyze and describe terrorism-related attacks in East Asia from 1970 2020. descriptive analysis of terrorist will help first responders, emergency medical services (EMS), hospital-based providers, policymakers establish a more refined hazard vulnerability assessment framework develop counter-terrorism medicine (CTM) mitigation, preparedness, response, recovery plan. Method: observational draws data the Global Terrorism Database (GTD) January 1, 1970, December 31, Epidemiology outcomes included primary weapon type, target country where incident occurred, number total deaths injuries collected. Data 2021 was not yet available at time this study. Results were exported into an Excel spreadsheet (Microsoft Corp.; Redmond, Washington USA) for analysis. Results: There 779 events In total, resulted 1,123 9,061 persons injured. The greatest (371; 47.63%) occurred Japan second most China (268; 34.4%). Explosives used type (308; 39.54%) region, followed by incendiary devices (260; 33.38%). Terrorist drastically diminished their peak 92 1990, but there additional peaks 88 1996, 18 2000, 20 2008, 36 2014. Conclusion: A 2020 Asia, resulting injuries.
